Vehicle description

Model history:

Due to stricter safety regulations in the USA, the original model of the 911 was revised and delivered with new bumpers from 1973. The rule was that an impact of the bumpers on an obstacle up to a speed of up to 8 km/h would not result in damage to the vehicle. Henceforth, all 911s sold in the USA were equipped with integrated elastic impact absorbers. The pleat-like plastic transitions between the bumpers and the body earned the G-model the nickname "bellows Porsche". With almost 200,000 units produced in 16 years, the G-model is now the most popular 911 classic. It was replaced by the 964 in 1989.

General information about the vehicle:

In this auction a Porsche 911 3.0 SC from 1982 can be auctioned. The sports car with German first registration and the FIN WPOZZZ91ZCS102452 has three previous owners, all of whom were in the Stuttgart area. According to the seller, the vehicle is accident-free and matching numbers are also given. The next main inspection is not until December 2024 and an H-approval is already available.

Exterior colour/varnish/body:

The nine-eleven is painted in wine red metallic. According to the seller, the car has already been completely repainted, so that the paint is now in a corresponding condition.

Exterior rims/brakes/chassis:

17 inch Ruf Speedline rims are mounted on the Porsche. The Pirelli tires from 2020 are almost in new condition, according to the seller. Tyres in size 235/45 R17 are mounted on the rear axle and 215/50 R17 on the front axle. The brakes are also in good condition.

Interior:

The seat centre panels of this specimen are covered with grey Berber fabric, while the rest of the interior is in black. The dashboard is free of cracks or other damage. Equipment includes power steering, a Panasonic radio and power windows.

Mileage:

The mileage of 193,000 kilometers can be traced using a complete checkbook.

Engine:

The air-cooled 3-litre six-cylinder boxer engine in the rear of the Porsche delivers 204 hp. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a manual 5-speed transmission. According to the seller, it is the original engine. The last service was carried out in 2022.

Subsoil:

According to the seller, the subfloor is in an unwelded and rust-free condition.

Who is this car for?

The G-models are considered mature, suitable for everyday use and robust. Thanks to regular care and new paintwork, this model is in above-average condition and promises a lot of driving pleasure.
