Model history

Chris Smith was a driver and engineer in motorsport and fulfilled his dream of a sports car in the spring of 1982 by building a replica of a Lotus Eleven. After receiving several requests to sell the replica, he founded Westfield Sportscars Ltd in 1983. Westfield Sportscars has since been a manufacturer of both fully assembled and kit versions of various two-seater open sports cars. Their main product is a Lotus Seven inspired car - vehicles originally designed by Colin Chapman and equipped with only the bare essentials for driving to provide the most raw and exciting driving experience possible.
