The Mercedes-Benz 250 SE was introduced in 1965 as a luxury-class vehicle. The entry-level model in the then new S-Class from Mercedes-Benz, it was equipped with a 2.5-liter six-cylinder engine. The model was available as a saloon and coupé. Almost 55,200 units were built by the end of production in 1968.
