Vehicle description
Model history:
As a successor to the small Haflinger, Steyr-Puch developed the so-called Pinzgauer as a military vehicle for the heaviest terrain. The Pinzgauer was available in versions with two or three engageable/driven (lockable) axles, either with four or six wheels. The first series was produced from 1971 to 1985. By the way, the name comes from a typical farm animal in Austria, the "Pinzgauer": These cattle, named after the Salzburg Pinzgau, were mainly kept on high and hillsides - they were characterized above all by their traction and their tread resistance.
General information about the vehicle:
In this auction a Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer 712 M from the year of construction 1975 can now be purchased, which was registered for the first time in Austria for the first time. According to the seller, this partially restored 6x6 off-road vehicle comes second-hand and has the chassis number 4750996. Due to its central tube frame construction, it was possible to produce many different body variants of the Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer: The 712 M offered here has a tarpaulin cover, which can also be completely removed at will. According to the current owner, no defects can be found on the body, which could cloud the good overall impression of the exterior. For more details, please have a look at the other photos and videos of the vehicle.

Interior:
At the front, this Pinzgauer offers space for two people, in the rear compartment there are two rows of seats with plenty of capacity. Everything in the interior is designed for pure use and reduced to the bare essentials in terms of equipment. Damage in the interior or even missing parts are not to be found after consultation with the seller - in addition, all switches, levers, instruments and displays in the interior have a problem-free and accordingly impeccable function. In order to get a more accurate picture of the interior condition and its features, we recommend that you look through the telling series of pictures about the Pinzgauer.

Subsoil:
The seller describes the condition of the underbody of this vehicle as rustproof, unwelded, preserved and cavity sealed. Six wheels, all-wheel drive, three engageable locks: A Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer 6x6 is also suitable for the toughest off-road use.
