is a Swiss car manufacturer specializing in conversions of vehicles, especially conversions of the Porsche brand. These very special models are due to the inventiveness of Frank M. Rinderknecht, who founded the company in 1977. The Porsche is powered by an air-cooled boxer engine. The interior could be customized to the customer's liking, with many Rinspeed 939s featuring Recaro or König seats, all in full leather. Overall, the Porsche Cabrio Rinspeed also called Porsche R39 was a sports car characterized by luxury.

The Porsche was delivered in 1984 and was refined on behalf of a sheik by the Swiss manufacture Rinspeed with the highest quality materials. The Porsche was registered for the first time in 1989.
