Vehicle description

Model history:

In 2000, the 5th generation of the Porsche 911 Turbo made its debut: This 996 Turbo had an engine based on the engine of the 911 GT3, which provided a sensational 420 hp with the help of two turbochargers from the 3.6-liter six-cylinder boxer engine. The torque skyrocketed to up to 560 Newton meters. As with its predecessor, the 996 Turbo was offered exclusively with all-wheel drive. At the same time, standard and optional equipment also became more and more extensive. From 2003, the 911 Turbo was also available as a convertible for the first time since 1989 - according to research, only about 3,500 copies of the Porsche 996 Turbo Cabriolet were produced.

General information about the vehicle:

Now a Porsche 911 Turbo of the 996 model generation can be auctioned off as a convertible, which dates back to 2005 and, with the VIN WP0ZZZ99Z5S670101, is one of only 127 turbos built in the last model year. This Porsche Turbo was delivered to a Viennese in August 2005 via the Porsche Centre Vienna-Liesing. In 2016, the second owner acquired the 911, which added the Porsche to his collection. All maintenance records are available and the history can be proven beyond doubt.

Exterior paint/paint/body:

"Seal Grey Metallic" (colour code L6B4) is the name of the very subtle paint colour of this Porsche 996 Turbo - the soft top is classically black and has no cracks or even abrasion marks. In addition, the entire body with its add-on parts is in a clean and, according to the seller, immaculate condition corresponding to the extremely low mileage, which is not clouded by any inconsistencies. In order to convince yourself of the state of preservation of this 911, we refer to the meaningful series of pictures as well as the videos of the Porsche.

Exterior rims/brakes/chassis:

On the original silver Porsche 5-spoke alloy wheels with colored Porsche crest on the wheel cover, tires from the manufacturer Pirelli are mounted, which apparently still have sufficient tread. Neither in the brake system nor in the area of the chassis can deviations from the original condition or even any inconsistencies be mentioned.

Interior:

At that time, the full leather interior was ordered in black color by the first owner, the list of extras includes, among other things, heated seats, Porsche crest on the headrests, automatic cruise control, parking assistant, telephone module, stainless steel door sills and a radio with CD changer. Just like the exterior, the interior is in an extremely clean state of preservation without damage or even missing parts. All functions and equipment elements in the interior do their job without any problems. For a detailed overview of the interior, please refer to the other photos.

Mileage

Five interlocking instruments inform the driver of this Porsche Turbo Cabriolet about all the important information. The digital speedometer shows a mileage of only 19,800 kilometers - due to the available history of this Porsche, the total mileage can be proven without hesitation.

Engine

By means of two turbochargers, the 3.6-liter six-cylinder boxer engine produces 420 hp and 560 Newton meters. The 5-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission takes care of the power transmission, while the all-wheel drive of the Turbo always ensures optimum traction. With switches on the steering wheel, the gears can also be engaged manually.

Subsoil:

In view of the extremely low total mileage of this Porsche 911, the underbody can be attested a correspondingly clean state of preservation. When ordering this Porsche 996 Turbo from 2005, the first owner came up with a total price of over €175,000. Above all, the low mileage in combination with the few owners and the attractive color combination make this Porsche 996 Turbo on offer interesting - in addition, the overall condition of the Turbo Cabriolet can be classified as pretty perfect.
