Vehicle description

After 23 years of flat engine V12 construction in its models, Ferrari presented the new model 550 Maranello: it was the return to the classic V12 front engines, coupled to a transaxle transmission. Actually a reminiscence of the Ferrari Daytona. In 2002, Ferrari presented a revised version of the Maranello, the 575 "Modificata". The new 575 was an even better Gran Turismo with 5.75 liters of displacement combined with new aerodynamics, brakes, a revised interior and dashboard. Above all, however, due to the optional F1 transmission offered for the first time, a premiere in the 12-cylinder Ferrari, it was ahead of its predecessor in terms of performance.

You now have the opportunity to buy a Ferrari 575 M HGTC from the year 2005 at auction. The special HGTC series, of which only 100 units were issued, came onto the market for demanding customers in order to improve the performance and efficiency of the car: The name suffix HGTC is a reference to the 575 GTCs that were driven in the FIA GT and Le Mans at that time. This second-owned HGTC comes from German first delivery and comes with 2 vehicle keys. According to the seller, a history of the Ferrari can be presented in the form of various invoices and former TÜV reports. So-called matching numbers are given for this 575 M HGTC according to the current owner.

The lacquer dress is kept in classic red ("Rosso Corsa"), the accident-free condition of the 575 is complemented by uniform gap dimensions. The paint is in good condition, repainting is not to be listed. All add-on parts on the body are preserved in undamaged condition – corrosion is not found on the body of this Ferrari 575 M HGTC. Any kind of modification has been omitted on this Ferrari, it is completely in its original condition.

Three-piece HGTC 18-inch rims adorn the appearance of the red Ferrari 575, the Michelin brand tires are from 2019 on the front axle according to DOT and from 2018 on the rear axle. Due to the HGTC package, this Ferrari has a completely revised chassis in addition to the ceramic brakes, which includes stiffer shock absorbers, springs and stabilizers. The condition of these components is TÜV-compliant, there are no defects in these areas.

The interior is kept in beige: as far as the eye can see, almost everything – except for the edge of the instrument cluster and the 3-spoke leather steering wheel) is covered with beige leather, the full leather seats are damage-free. The interior is very well preserved, signs of wear or missing parts are not noticeable here. In addition to the full leather equipment called "Cujo" and the sports seats, there are heated seats, electric windows, central locking, power steering, air conditioning, ABS and a radio on board this Ferrari 575.

According to the owner, the mileage of 41,041 kilometers displayed on the speedometer can be proven by various invoices and TÜV reports. All instruments in the cockpit work without any problems.

The V12 engine with a displacement of 5.75 litres and a brutal output of 515 hp with 589 Nm is a pleasure. Shifting is done via a 6-speed automatic transmission, which is derived from Formula 1: This allows shifting via shift paddles behind the steering wheel, depending on the selected setting program (comfort or sport), the shift times change from short to very short. The benefit of the HGTC package: The software of the F1 transmission has been revised to achieve even shorter shift times, and the 575 also has a flow-optimized exhaust system. The last service on this Ferrari was carried out in 2019.

According to the owner, the subfloor is without any findings. If you have always wanted to have the feeling of how a Formula 1 racing car can be shifted and at the same time do not want to do without the necessary comfort, this Ferrari 575 M HGTC, limited to 100 pieces, is ideal.
