Model history
The Porsche 928, in series production from 1978, was based on lightweight construction with aluminum parts for doors, fenders and hood as well as plastic bumpers with aluminum profiles for impact protection up to 8 km/h. Distinctive design elements were the round, electrically operated folding headlights and the large rear window. Powered by a water-cooled V8 engine, the displacement increased from 4.5 to 5.4 liters, coupled with the transaxle drive. The newly developed Weissach rear axle, a double wishbone axle, offered track-stabilizing properties for greater safety. The 928 GT, available from 1989, was sportier, with up to 330 hp and special design features such as the unique wheels.

Summary of the car
The Porsche 928 GT is one of the rarer versions of the 928 series today, and one such example is offered for sale here. The car was first registered in February 1990 and has had six owners since then. The 928 GT has been in the seller's possession since 2023, and since then extensive investments have been made and some new parts installed. Although the condition of the paintwork is currently not ideal, this problem can also be rectified with a little effort. The sports car also has a current MOT and is registered. In short, an exciting vehicle that is of great interest to collectors and enthusiasts alike is offered here for auction.

Comments of this past auction
Gibt es original Sitze dazu? Wann wurde Zahriemen Service zuletzt durchgeführt? Was genau heisst Austauschmotor?
